Linda Hilliard is the owner of Hilliard Communications/Newsletters Plus, a company that provides writing and design services for both print and electronic newsletters for companies, professional organizations and nonprofit groups. For 30 years, Linda worked at a Boston-based financial services company. As senior editor and designer, she was responsible for a biweekly employee newspaper (circulation 4,500) as well as eight monthly and quarterly newsletters for the company's business units. She launched her own business in 2000. In the past few years, Linda has been a copywriter for a growing number of diverse website. She is a frequent blogger, both for her own websites and for clients’ sites. She has written three books (all available on Amazon).

Rich is a video and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. He began his career in 1987 as a video producer/director and has since explored new opportunities and experienced exciting new adventures in video. Rich has spent an afternoon with a former president of the United States, spent an afternoon with the Lord Mayor of Belfast in Northern Ireland, videotaped in the highlands of Scotland, the beaches of Bermuda and the coast of Florida. Rich has provided leadership, insight and effective production for his clients - across a broad spectrum of industries.

Capitalizing on her skills as a NY Art Director, Peggy MacNeil opened Mannis MacNeil Design Group in 1990 and relocated the business to Lexington, MA in 1994. An award-winning designer, Peggy is a results-driven professional who specializes in designing unique brands and print marketing materials. Peggy captured multiple design awards during her career. They include the Andy Award, Clio Award for her television art direction that included prominent clients Viva Paper Towels and L'Air du Temps among others. She was also awarded First Prize at the Retail Advertising Conference for her JCPenney commercials, and a Gold and a Leader Echo award for her direct mail work.
